Classes at Kane Training are open to anyone. Whatever your experience, our coaches will adapt the exercises to your level so that those who are just learning get the same great experience as those who are more advanced. From CrossFit to Engine, view our class types below.

  • CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity” - however, it is so much more than that. The unlimited scalability of CrossFit is what makes it suitable for any individual regardless of training experience. Rather than being specialised in making you better at any one thing in particular, the aim of the CrossFit methodology is to make you competent in all of the 10 general physical skills; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. This is achieved via a varied training programme consisting of weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight and cardio movements.

  • No! This is our number 1 question. People often think they have to get fit first before starting CrossFit. This is a common misconception. You get fit by doing CrossFit, not before you start it!

  • We provide ourselves in being the premier CrossFit facility in the Preston area, and our members agree! Industry leading equipment and facilities, great coaches and a personal touch. We make it our priority to know all of our members by name and ability so that we can offer personalised coaching advice and support.

Our class pricing is simple. Either Pay As You Go for £10/class or explore our membership options below if your ready to jump in!

KTC UNLIMITED

£79/m

"KTC Unlimited" is our full membership! Book a class everyday, all month long. You will also have unlimited open gym access and access to our daily in-app programming via Fitr.

KTC PRO

£69/m

"KTC Pro" is our mid level class membership. Book 4 classes per week. You will also have unlimited open gym access and access to our daily in-app programming via Fitr.

KTC STARTER

£59/m

"KTC Starter" is our entry level class membership. Book 3 classes per week. You will also have unlimited open gym access and access to our daily in-app programming via Fitr.

10 CLASS PACK

£80

Class Pack redeemable for 10 classes. £8/class. Valid for all class types.
